These terms are a contract between you (the parent or guardian holding the account) and 11+ Help ("11+ Help"). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
11+ Help is an online 11+ preparation platform: practice questions, timed mock exams, worksheets, progress reports, an adaptive "weak topics" loop, and (on Premium) an AI study assistant. Content is built around the assessment format of the grammar schools you select as targets, using our own researched database.
Do not: copy, scrape, or redistribute our questions or worksheets; use the service to build a competing product; attempt to reach mock-exam answer keys programmatically; misuse the AI assistant for off-topic or harmful content; or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
All questions, worksheets, explanations, the school database and the site itself are original works owned by 11+ Help and licensed to you for personal family use only. You may print worksheets and packs for your own child's study. School names and public assessment information are factual references, not endorsements, and we are not affiliated with any school or exam board.
We research each school's assessment from official sources and re-check twice a year, but formats change and some detail is only available second-hand (flagged in-app where so). Reports and predictions are guidance, not a guarantee of any exam outcome or school place. The free packs and practice content may contain occasional errors — tell us and we fix them.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, with notice for material changes affecting paid users.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for exam results, school admissions decisions, or indirect or consequential loss.
You can close your account any time (Account → Delete). We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if required by law, giving notice where practical.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is unenforceable the rest stand. We may update these terms; account holders are emailed before material changes take effect.
